SAIA COVID-19 Preparation Plan

The SAIA Board

Dear SAIA Member,

We would like to advise our members to do the necessary preparations to be ready for when we get a notification that we can trade.

What must Members do before resuming economic activity?

Members are urged to ensure that they acquaint themselves with the provisions of the new regulations and implement a workplace readiness plan to ensure that the workplace is safe to enter when allowed to commence. This includes the supply of cloth face masks to employees and COVID 19 measurements and compliance with a risk adjustment strategy.

We have compiled a Preparation Plan to assist herewith.

The purpose of this Preparation Plan is to address the general rules and regulations that should be implemented in the workplace. Amended procedures and COVID-19 staff policies should be implemented and followed by all persons entering auction premises.

Yours faithfully,

The SAIA Board
